These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text message program operated by Aberdeen Equity Corp, doing business as InvestorRelations.Agency ("InvestorRelations.Agency," "we," "us," or "our").
InvestorRelations.Agency Client Updates
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from InvestorRelations.Agency about appointment coordination, consultation reminders, responses to your inquiries, and occasional service updates. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive occasional messages about our services.
You opt in through the chat widget on our website, https://investorrelations.agency, by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent checkbox(es). There are two separate checkboxes: one for informational/transactional messages and one for promotional messages. Neither box is ticked by default, and you may select either, both, or neither.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Reply STOP to cancel. You can reply STOP to any message at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and at least 18 years old.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
